My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater self-understanding, practical tools, and a clearer sense of how to move forward.
Young adulthood can be exciting, but it can also feel like the time of your *life is a lot.* Maybe you're navigating college, starting your career, figuring out relationships, becoming more independent, or trying to understand who you are and what you actually want. There can be a lot of pressure to have it all figured out when, honestly, most of us are still figuring it out.
Therapy can be your space to step away from the noise for a minute and focus on *you*. No grades, no pressure, no pretending you have it all together. Together, we can work through anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, life transitions, and the messy in-between moments that come with growing into yourself.
My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can actually be yourself, not another place where you have to perform, have the “right” answer, or have your life perfectly together.
So if your brain has 27 tabs open and you're not sure which one to close first, let's start there. We can work on getting you feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of your life, one step at a time. Consider this your space to get your life drama-free-ish.
I provide telehealth counseling throughout New Jersey.
Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door, and you definitely don't need to know exactly what to say.
We'll work together to understand what's been feeling overwhelming, whether that's anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, a major life transition, or just the feeling that you're stuck and not sure what comes next. We'll talk about what's going on in your life right now and figure out practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and conversational, not like you're sitting across from someone waiting to be told what's wrong with you. I'll ask questions, listen without judgment, challenge you when it helps, and give you space when you need it.
Some sessions might be deep. Some might be surprisingly funny. Some days you may walk in with a very specific problem, and other days it may be more like, "I don't even know what's wrong, I just know I can't keep feeling like this."
That's okay. We can start there.
My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, supported, and a little more equipped to handle whatever life is throwing at you next.
Starting therapy can feel like a big deal, especially if you've never done it before. My goal is to make the process feel much less intimidating.
We'll start by getting to know you and what's bringing you to therapy. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, a major life transition, or you're simply feeling stuck and don't know where to start. There is no perfect way to explain it. We'll figure it out together.
From there, we'll talk about what you want to be different and what would actually feel helpful to you. We'll work together to understand patterns, identify what's getting in your way, and develop practical tools that fit your real life. Therapy isn't about checking boxes or rushing to a finish line. It's about making progress at a pace that feels right for you.
As we work together, we'll regularly check in about what's helping, what's not, and what you need more or less of. Your goals can change as your life changes, and our work can change with them.
Think of it as a conversation with a purpose. You bring what's happening in your life, and we'll work together to make sense of it and figure out what comes next.
