With nearly 15 years of experience in mental health, I bring a warm, engaging, and straightforward approach to therapy. I value honest conversations, thoughtful reflection, and the occasional well-timed moment of humor. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling encouraged to look at things from a new perspective and make changes that move you forward.
I work with adults navigating emotional abuse recovery, relationship patterns, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients break free from codependency, establish healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their own voice, needs, and sense of self.
I also have a special connection to working with first responders, having previously worked in the field myself. That firsthand experience gives me an appreciation for the unique demands and pressures that can come with this work.
I enjoy working with people at every stage of life, from young adults finding their voice and navigating identity, relationships, and career decisions, to those experiencing midlife changes or preparing for retirement and a new chapter. Wherever you are in life, I want therapy to be a place where you can better understand yourself, gain perspective, and feel more confident moving forward.
My approach is genuine, practical, and individualized. I meet you where you are while helping you identify what may be getting in your way and what you want to do differently. My goal is for you to feel understood, challenged in the right ways, and more confident in yourself and the choices you make.
I provide telehealth therapy across New Jersey.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or wondering whether what you’re experiencing is “bad enough” to seek help. I offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel understood.
I’m compassionate, but I’m also direct. I don’t shy away from the hard questions, and I believe meaningful therapy requires us to look honestly at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. There can be room for humor, too. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy every time.
Our time together is productive and purposeful. Your sessions are your time, and I want you to leave with greater insight, practical tools, or a new perspective you can carry into your everyday life. We’ll work collaboratively and at a pace that feels supportive, while still making space for meaningful progress.
A typical session is conversational, engaging, and tailored to what you need that day. I believe that establishing trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process, especially when you are sharing personal experiences and working through difficult emotions. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while knowing that our conversations have direction and purpose.
We might talk about something that happened that week, explore a relationship pattern, work through a difficult emotion, or tackle a decision or challenge that has been taking up too much space in your mind. I balance genuine connection with intentional work, so sessions don’t feel tedious or like you’re simply talking in circles.
No two sessions look exactly the same. Some may involve deeper reflection, while others may center on practical tools, problem-solving, or looking at a situation from a different perspective. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, clear about what we worked on, and ready to take the next step.
